ASG offers an open, fun workout for two age groups:

       * "Preschool Open Gym" is for ages walking through 7 year olds-1 hour timeframe

       * "Regular Open Gym" is for ages 6 and up-2 hour timeframe

Both of our open gym formats offer supervised open fun on all of our gymnastics equipment as well as fun on our trampolines, climbing wall, foam pit and 27 foot inflatable slide. Open Gym supervision provided by experienced, safety certified instructors. Individual instruction/coaching should take place during ASG structured classes or private lessons.

Preschool Open Gym is $5 for ASG members and $7 for non-members. Under 2 free with a paid sibling.  Most of the Preschool Open Gym times are supervised by our incredible Preschool Director-Miss Margaret. There are two options:

Every Wednesday from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

The first Saturday of each month from 4:00-5:00 PM (See exact dates below)

Remaining 2010 Saturday Preschool Open Gym dates are as follows:

March 13th, April 3rd, May 1st, June 5th, July 10th, August 7th, September 11th, October 7th

Regular Open Gym is $10 per person and is open to ASG members and non-members. This time is ideal for existing gym students who wish to work on their favorite skills, individuals who want to work on their tumbling skills, and those who just hope to come and play.

Signed waivers are required for EACH participant. Waivers for minor children must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. ASG safety rules and policies are strictly enforced. Anyone who does not adhere to rules and expecations will be asked to leave.
