ASG offers an open, fun workout for three age groups:

       * "Preschool Open Gym" is for ages walking through 6 year olds - 1 hour time frame

       * "Regular Open Gym" is for ages 6 and up - 2 hour time frame

       * "Older Open Gym" is for ages 15 and up - 2 hour time frame.

Both of our open gym formats offer supervised open fun on all of our gymnastics equipment as well as fun on our trampolines, climbing wall, foam pit and 27 foot inflatable slide. Open Gym supervision provided by experienced, safety certified instructors. Individual instruction/coaching should take place during ASG structured classes or private lessons.

Preschool Open Gym is $5 for ASG members and $7 for non-members. Under 2 free with a paid sibling.  For your convenience Preschool Open Gym passes are for sale at the front desk.  Most of the Preschool Open Gym times are supervised by our incredible Preschool Director-Miss Margaret.  Anyone going into the gym must sign a waiver regardless of age.    Please sign in upon arrival at front desk.  Participants will be stamped for entry into the gym.  There are two options:

2011 Saturday Preschool Open Gym dates are as follows:

Dec. 3rd

 2012 Saturday Preschool Open Gym scheduled dates:

Jan. 7th, Feb 4th, March 10th, April 7th, May 5th, June 2nd,

July 4th, Aug. 4th, Sept. 1st, Oct. 6th, Nov. 3rd, Dec. 1st

Regular Open Gym is $10 per person and is open to ASG members and non-members. This time is ideal for existing gym students who wish to work on their favorite skills, individuals who want to work on their tumbling skills, and those who just hope to come and play. 

Regular open gym is Saturday - 5 pm - 7 pm.

Signed waivers are required for EACH participant. Waivers for minor children must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. ASG safety rules and policies are strictly enforced. Anyone who does not adhere to rules and expecations will be asked to leave.

ASG is offering an Older Open Gym on Fridays from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm for anyone 15 years old and older.  Cost is $10 per person.  Waivers are required for anyone coming into the gym.  Come and workout on Fridays with us.

 

Open gym attire:  Boys can wear elastic waistband shorts with a t-shirt that can be tucked in.  Girls can wear a leo or elastic waistband shorts with a t-shirt that can be tucked in (no camis or spaghetti strap tops).  Hair should be up and out of the face.  No necklaces, bracelets or anklets.  No belts, buckles snaps or zippers on any piece of clothing in gym.  Earrings must be studs with no dangling parts.  No shoes or socks.  No cell phone permitted in the gym.  No long pants for participants.

New Feature:  Open Gym Passes   ASG is proud to announce the introduction of “Open Gym Passes” for Preschool Open Gym and Regular Open Gym.  When you purchase a pass for 10 sessions, you receive the 11th session FREE!!!.  There is no expiration date.  Just purchase an Open Gym Pass, bring your pass with you to Open Gym and it will be punched.  No need to worry about bringing cash, check or credit card to the gym.     Passes are available at the front desk. Remember - this makes a perfect present for your favorite gymnast.
